1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Concrete Contractors of Greenville, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Role and Description

Concrete Contractors of Greenville operates as a marketing and referral service. We connect prospective customers with qualified concrete contractors in the North Texas area. Specifically:

  • Referral Service: We facilitate introductions between customers seeking concrete services and our selected contractor partner.
  • Marketing Platform: This website serves as an advertising and lead generation platform for concrete construction services.
  • No Direct Service Provision: Concrete Contractors of Greenville itself does not perform concrete construction work. All actual construction services are provided by our partner contractor.
  • Selected Provider: Customer inquiries are referred to Inner Loop Construction, our exclusive service partner in this market.

3. Services Offered Through Our Partner

Through our referral relationship, customers may access the following types of commercial concrete services:

  • Commercial concrete foundations
  • Parking lot construction and paving
  • Industrial flatwork and warehouse floors
  • Tilt-wall construction
  • Site work and concrete repairs
  • Other commercial concrete services as described on our website

4. No Guarantees of Project Outcomes

As a referral and marketing service, Concrete Contractors of Greenville makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

  • The quality, timeliness, or outcome of any construction work performed by referred contractors
  • The availability of contractors to accept or complete your project
  • Specific project results, costs, or timelines
  • The suitability of referred contractors for your particular needs

All project-specific terms, warranties, and guarantees are matters between you and the contractor who performs the work. We encourage you to obtain written agreements directly with the service provider.

5. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided by the referred contractor based on information you supply and their assessment of site conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions, project scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the work.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be established directly between you and the contractor in individual project contracts. Concrete Contractors of Greenville is not a party to these payment arrangements and bears no responsibility for payment disputes.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines are determined by the contractor performing the work. Schedules may be affected by weather conditions, site access, material availability, or other factors. Timeline commitments are the responsibility of the contractor, not Concrete Contractors of Greenville.

8. Non-Circumvention Clause

By using our referral service, you agree that for a period of 24 months from your first contact with a contractor through our platform, you will not:

  • Directly engage the referred contractor for additional projects without notifying Concrete Contractors of Greenville
  • Share the referred contractor's contact information with other parties for the purpose of circumventing our referral relationship
  • Attempt to establish a direct relationship with the contractor that excludes Concrete Contractors of Greenville from future referral opportunities

This clause protects our business relationship with our contractor partners and ensures the sustainability of our referral service.

9. Provider Disclosure Limitations

While we strive to connect you with qualified contractors, Concrete Contractors of Greenville:

  • Does not independently verify all contractor credentials, licenses, or insurance beyond basic due diligence
  • Recommends that you independently verify contractor qualifications, licensing, and insurance before entering into any agreement
  • Encourages you to obtain multiple bids and references when making your final selection
  • Is not responsible for the contractor's compliance with local building codes, regulations, or industry standards

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Contractors of Greenville shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our referral services or any construction work performed by referred contractors. Our liability is limited to the facilitation of introductions between customers and contractors.

11. Client Responsibilities

When working with referred contractors, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information and specifications to the contractor
  • Conducting your own due diligence on the contractor's qualifications
  • Negotiating and agreeing to contract terms directly with the contractor
  • Ensuring site access, utilities, and permits as needed for your project
  • Managing payment arrangements with the contractor per your agreement
  • Communicating directly with the contractor regarding project details and concerns

12. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to project scope, pricing, or timelines must be negotiated directly with the contractor performing the work. Concrete Contractors of Greenville is not involved in project modifications after the initial referral.

13. Termination

Project contracts are between you and the contractor. Contract termination terms should be addressed in your direct agreement with the service provider. Concrete Contractors of Greenville's referral relationship concludes once the introduction is made.

14. Insurance and Licensing

Contractors referred through our service should maintain appropriate licenses and insurance coverage for commercial concrete work in TX. We recommend requesting proof of insurance and licensing directly from the contractor before entering into any agreement.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TX, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
